What to Send a Bag Manufacturer Before Asking for a Quote

Image AI-styled from photos of our own bags; "YOUR LOGO" marks where your brand goes.
Many first-time buyers wonder whether they need a finished design or a full tech pack before contacting a factory. You do not. A clear photo and a quantity are enough to start. The more of the list below you can send, the faster and more accurate the quote.
Enough to start
- A reference: a photo of a bag you like, a sketch, or a style from our catalog.
- Quantity: pieces per design. Our MOQ is 100 pcs per design, including your logo.
What makes the quote accurate
| Detail | Example |
|---|---|
| Size | Length × height × depth in cm, or "fits a 15 cm brush" |
| Material | Neoprene, canvas, PU, quilted nylon, clear PVC |
| Lining and inside | Wipe-clean lining, brush slot, inner pocket |
| Logo | Artwork file plus the method: embroidery, printing, debossing, label |
| Colors | Pantone codes or a photo of the color |
| Packaging | Polybag, hang tag, gift box |
| Destination and date | Country and the date you need the goods |
What we ask next
We usually come back with a few questions that change the price: zipper type, lining, logo size and number of colors, and packaging. Then we confirm the specification and make a pre-production sample in 5–7 days.
Ready? Send what you have on the quote page. You can attach photos and sketches up to 10 MB.
Quick answers
Do I need a tech pack to get a quote?
No. A reference photo and a quantity are enough to start; we will ask about the details that affect the price.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best. A high-resolution PNG works to start.
