How to Choose a Cosmetic Bag Manufacturer: A Buyer's Checklist
Choosing the right cosmetic bag manufacturer decides whether your launch arrives on time and looks the way you planned. Lists of "top manufacturers" are a starting point, but the only reliable way to choose is to check each supplier against the same questions. Use this checklist.
1. Check that you are talking to a real factory
- Ask for third-party verified factory data, such as an on-site audit report or a verified supplier profile on a B2B platform.
- Ask for photos or a short video call of the sewing lines, not only the showroom.
- Check that the company name on the website, invoices and certificates is the same, or that the relationship between companies is explained.
2. Ask the questions that affect your order

| How do you check quality during production? | Tells you whether problems are found before shipment. |
3. Always approve a pre-production sample
A sample in your real material, color and logo is the only way to check stitching, zipper quality and logo placement. Approve it in writing and keep it as the reference for bulk production.
4. Watch for red flags
- Factory numbers that change between the website, the catalog and the audit report.
- Certificates issued to a different company with no explanation.
- Product photos showing other brands' logos with no explanation that they are client samples.
- No answer when you ask for a video call of the production floor.
